my fiance had a strange dream the other night

my fiance had a strange dream the other night it's the first time this has happened, he dreamt I was pregnant with an unborn daughter, he said we argued over the name but finally agreed and he cried when he told me because he said it was so real he held her and everything and said she was the most beautiful thing on this planet! now I believe in all the superstition with dreams ect do any of you? do you think this has some meaning behind? Just a hopeful lady wishing she could conceive thank you! ❤
