I just need help. Please give me the best ways to figure out if a guy likes you or is into you. Whether it's small or little, just give me your thoughts!

Guys are not that subtle about it... you'll know if he does. 
If he goes out of his way to get to know you or spend time with you - preferably alone- teases you, flirts or jokes about dating you then he probably does. 
Honestly guys know when they have a chance and they'll make sure they won't lose it. You'll know if he does - even if he is a bit confusing about it (maybe not 100% sure If you'll like him back)- then no harm in making the first move!!
