I have been off bc for a month now I thought I ovulated within the first week of being off due to cm but now I'm starting to wonder if I did I've been tracking bbt but still new to it so I had egg white cm two days ago we did bd yesterday do you think I could possibly been ovulating I did have cramps and some pain in my ovaries but it was both sides and I've been cramping on and off all month I haven't had a period in atleast a year due to bc so I'm so lost.
