Can I breast feed and formula feed? Like say I'm in a store and she's hungry I could just pull out a bottle with formula. But pump milk into a bottle for her at home..

You could, if your baby allows it. Sometimes they begin to prefer one over the other. So like if you are pumping breastmilk for your baby and then one day you're out at a store and decide to give the baby formula, the baby may end up preferring the formula over the breastmilk and not taking breastmilk any longer. It happens. What I would do is just make sure that you always pump enough breastmilk to have a bottle when you go out. And only give formula in emergencies.

We supplemented bc I was exclusively pumping. If ur breastfeeding it's not hard to pump before run errands and bring a fresh bottle bc it's good for a few hours at room temp. U just want to be sure that the baby tolerates the formula if ur doing it at random.

Maybe. My son wouldn't take anything but the breast. No bottles, no formula just boob. We tried every trick and every tip from the dr and nothing worked he just wanted boob.
