Clots at 30 weeks

I just turned 30 weeks today, a few days ago I fell while cleaning the house and baby stopped moving so went to the hospital and everything checked out fine, since then he's been moving like normal. Well yesterday when wiping i got a clot on toilet paper then it didn't happen again until just now when going to the restroom. Is it normal? Ftm (top was today bottom was yesterday)
