💛What's the earliest you can take a pregnancy test?

I'm not a 100% sure I'm pregnant my boobs are massive an aching and they usually aren't this bad on my period. I'm 6 days away from starting my period. I'm antsy to know. We would be a bit surprised just because it was right after my period but we know you can get pregnant anytime! Honestly deep down I would be a little sad if we were because now I have liked getting the idea of having a 2nd baby. My husband would be excited too! He's pretty baby hungry! Just wondering if you can test sooner and accurate? Or do I need to be patient lol?
