Early symptoms or just in my head

Super super early I know.. I'm only 3-4dpo but I've got random weird twinges of pain in my boobs (I don't ever get these) earlier they were tingly... has anyone ever experienced this and got a BFP later on? Is it even possible to have signs that early on?
