School advice?

I'm a freshman in high school and I take honors classes and I'm in geometry instead of algebra 1. I have a lot of homework. Mondays and Wednesday's I go to marching band from 6pm-9pm. I get home from the bus around 2:45 and then I leave my house around 5:35. Sometimes I have to pick my brother up from school around 3:45 and then I get home around 4:15. I'm really struggling with when to do my homework because of this. I've been doing homework in the morning too and have missed my bus several times. Any suggestions? I also only get 4-5 hours of sleep. Can someone help me out?
