Where can a 17 year old get *affordable* birth control pills without the permission/company of a parent? 
I don't have a gynecologist and I don't have a lot of money either.

I'm 17 and I got free birth control for a year at planned parenthood. They have a program you can apply for called take charge and if you get accepted which would be very likely they'd pay for free birth control. You'll have to check if your state does this but I literally walked in meaning to ask one question and I walked out with birth control

Look up clinics around your area I live in California so in every city there has a clinic that gives you free birth control not sure if the same applies to other states
And everything is confidential and they dont contact parents
