Confused! Water or pee?

I just got up to go to the bathroom and both my underwear and shorts were wet. I checked my bed and it is dry. I'm due on 9/21. Is it my water or did I just pee in my sleep?! 😳😳

This happened to me a couple weeks ago. I rolled outta bed half asleep to go to the bathroom, as soon as I stood up a big gush of fluid came out. I immediately started to panic cause I thought for sure it was my water. I have been so good with not peeing my self this whole pregnancy, like not even when I cough, sneeze, laugh... nothing. I called l&d; and they said if it was my water that its keep leaking so to put a pad on and monitor it. I ended up insisting on getting checked later the next day cause if your water breaks you have 24 hrs to deliver before risking an infection. They swabbed my cervix and no signs of amniotic fluid so the verdict is that I peed myself. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤰🏻

Water will continue to leak apparently so I was told to check by outting in a pad of that gets wet too then need checking but if your not are may as well check 😊 better safe than sorry

No. Go to labor and delivery. I had the exact same thing happen to me and I got it checked and it was my membranes ruptured. I had been slowly leaking for hrs! I had to be induced straight away and baby and I had to go through blood tests to make sure we were fine and healthy. I had my baby but it had been over 24 hrs since water broke!!!

Pee or discharge. If you're worried call your doc! I only say discharge because when my water broke there was no mistaking it lol and it will continue to come out usually
