1 year wedding anniversary. HELP!?

So mine and my husbands one year wedding anniversary is coming up and I have no idea of what to do for him, what to make for him aside a card with my feelings. I do not work and am currently 7 months pregnant and we aren't sexually active due to the fact that I kept getting UTIs. So I can't dress up in lingerie for him, His little sister moved in with us to go to college down where we live so its not like I can make a romantic dinner for the two of us because she's here. I really have no idea of what to do... so I would really appreciate some ideas thrown at me ladies !? I am trying to make a bit of cash within the next 20 days so I can count with a bit of my own cash to buy him something. Not to mention that his birthday is the week after 🤦🏻‍♀️ so I'm over here selling my stuff on Poshmark lol I also am selling phone cases. Which btw if you're interested let me know ! Lol right now I'm starting with iPhone 7 and 7plus. These are the only ones available. I can ship and accept PayPal payments.

Anyway that wasn't the point of the post lol but please give me ideas on what to do for our one year wedding anniversary !
