Placenta previa

Hey guys I just had an ultrasound yesterday and the OB told me that my placenta is previa now 😩 I'm trying not to freak out since I'm so early and it can change but I haven't seen my boyfriend in like 2 months and I'm Moving at the end of the week to the same city so we can actually be a family and we had a fun night planned but we won't be able to have sex and I'm not sure how he is going to take it. We were really looking forward to it but I feel like my baby's safety comes first and it's so overwhelming and scary...

If you had placenta previa please let me know what's going on and stuff because my OB didn't said much and internet gives you worse case scenarios so
