Help please I'm so embarrassed 😩

Someone help!!! I was at my neighbors house and we were watching movies for like 5 hours and I'm On my period and My of leaked on her beige coach but like a really small circle but it's still visible🙈🙈😭😭 do u think she or her husband would recognize it? Do u think she already told her maid to clean it? I'm panicking🙈🙈🙈 I have no idea what to do and I'm just embarrassed even though she's one of my closest friends I'm still very embarrassed and I'll be shy to ever go to her house again!
