50-60days cycle and suddenly this surprise

Hi all. I have never had a regular cycle plus PCOS and a benign tumor at the pituitary gland (hormones going crazy thanks to that) , AF would come every 2-4 month. Doctor wanted to put me on Clomid next cycle and suddenly this morning I see this. I can't believe it!!! So surreal and scared that it is a freak accident with the test and the doctor will tell me tomorrow that I am not pregnant!.
