Omg what can I do?? * UPDATE *

So my SO works the night shift & doesn't usually get off until midnight or later. Normally he comes right upstairs & sits down for a bit..well not tonight instead tonight he calls me downstairs & I come rushing down thinking something is wrong. He smiles at me & opens the door & what do I find on the side of my steps three fat little puppies. Ladies I automatically start freaking out because its kind of cold so I'm running around the house grabbing every old blanket in sight & water. I quickly take it out pet all three & cover them up. I'm pretty sure they belong to my neighbor or they belong a few houses down I don't want to bring them in because I don't want no drama I just moves into my house 2 weeks ago. & not only that but I know nothing about them & we are a family of animal lovers & I don't want to get stuck with a puppy right now when I have three kids who need me. So my question is what can I do to ensure these

babies get proper care? Below is a picture of how he found them.

So our little friends came in for the night. My SO got up to put our oldest on the bus & the neighbor was out " looking " for them. Truth be told I believe they are the last three babies that no one wants & they don't want them either. So my mission today is to find the no kill shelter down here that I could possibly give a tip to for them to come get them. But I am new to the area so I have to figure out my options.
