Torn....

Just looking for a little advice...I'm 23 just graduated college and was recently pretty much offered a job in NC making 80,000...which hello is awesome!! BUT I currently live in OH with my boyfriend and he refuses to move anywhere but where we are now. We definetly fight but we love eachother and have been together for like a year and a half. We lost 2 babies together and it's been a long road. My question is do I take the job and leave so I can set myself up for a better life...or stay here with him and try to find a job here? Which I've been looking for good jobs here for months now and we live in a super small town.

I don't really wanna leave him and I wish he would go with me but he refuses. I just don't know what to do...
