Has anyone started potty training their April baby?

If you picked the second option that your 17/18 month old is already potty trained, good for you! Lol what age did they become potty trained and how did you do it?
My son is 17 months old. I personally feel like he's still so little he doesn't NEED to be potty trained yet BUT he is showing signs that he's about ready so, I think I'm going to start. Does anyone have any advise?

I have 2 others besides my 17 month old. With my first, we didn't start potty training until 2 1/2 and with my second, we started closer to 3. I feel like trying before they are even two is just too young.

There is a 3 day boot camp.  We wanted to start my daughter, but I read that their urethra muscles aren't quite developed enough until 18-20 months.  We'll give her another month or two and then go full force.  Number 2 is on the way and I don't want to change that many diapers.

we just bought a potty chair last week so he can get used to it and sit on it some. I also didn't want to start too soon because it causes a lot of issues down there road. he's been walking up dry 95% of the time for the last few months, so I figure I might take a 3 day weekend at the end of this month or in October and do the 3 days naked training
