has anyone been in this situation?

my husband left a couple months ago. we found out I'm pregnant, he wants me to get an abortion or give it up for adoption because 'we' can't afford it. 
he asked for a divorce, OK fine. but now he's coming back as if we can work on things when he's still asking me to get an abortion or put it up for adoption. I am terrified, but I have family that I know will help. has anyone else been through this?

Having an abortion is totally your business, so I'll give no opinion on that.
But I will say that your husband is a selfish prick and you're better off without him. Any man who would say he wants you back, but require that you get an abortion isn't worth 2 cents. He's despicable for even suggesting it!
Whether you keep the baby or not, get far away from the loser, move in with friends/family if you have to, and file for divorce. You deserve so much better than him!!

I wouldn't kill my baby just because a man tells me to.   As far as adoption goes, that would only happen if I decided that I couldn't care for my baby on my own.  He can sign over his parental rights if he doesn't want anything to do with the baby.  It doesn't have to die or go live with someone else.  He sounds awful.

No uterus no opinion . If u have any doubts about giving the baby up . Definitely don't . It might be hard but it might be the best decision ever . Sounds like he just being selfish and that's not someone you should be with anyway
