is a trampoline park safe?

hi all I am 7 1/2 weeks pregnant and am very fit and healthy generally. I was wondering if it is safe to visit a trampoline park if I take it easy? any info would be helpful as online info is very conflicting. thanks

You shouldn't jump on trampolines while pregnant. You could fall and hurt yourself or baby. Best to sit that one out.

Absolutely not. Watch everyone else's face skin move around making them look a little odd instead. Much more fun.

It's on my not safe list the obgyn gave me do to fall risks that could puncture and hurt the baby and yourself

i believe ot would be okay... my doctor said you can do anything you normally do, just safer and slower.
