Most helpful item!

Hi ladies! I myself is 36 weeks pregnant, however my best friend is currently in labour (eeekkk!) and baby should be here any moment. I know she has a lot of family who will be visiting etc and I don't want to get in the way of course and want to be helpful when I do visit her. So I ask what was the most helpful item you received from a house guest once your baby was here? Or what would be helpful? I know like a tray of food or something but something out of the box would be cool.
