Opk help !!!

All my opks have been the same for a week is this normal for it to not progress at all ? This is what they look like not in order or anything but they all look the same according to glow an all my cycles I should be ovulating here with in the next 3-4 days help I'm on Vitex & Maca so don't know if that has anything to do with it (have been on these since June)
