I personally don't care. I go with my fiancé a couple times because I've been feeling left out lately. I'm 26 weeks with twins and definitely showing, I'm out now with him. Lol. I just feel like dancing is all.

I wouldn't say it's trashy, but it could endanger you and the child depending on what club you go to. My step dad was a bartender at a few clubs. Sometimes fights would break out, and he was at the right place at the wrong time, and he got stabbed (more like sliced deeply) across the stomach. Luckily he lived, so I would just be careful.

Where I'm from, people are still allowed to smoke inside and that's definitely NOT something I want to be around, so I would say yes. Its trashy for pregnant women to go out in the city I live.
