5 weeks pregnant - miscarriage??? 😔

So I'm 5 weeks and 5 days pregnant. Everything has been fine I was a bit stressed yesterday and today and idk if that was a cause but I went to the toilet and blood was on my undies! What could it possibly be? 😔 I put a pad on so I'm able to see how much comes out itsbeen a couple hours and nothing was on my pad but when I wiped I had this (photo below) what could it be 😔
