Relationship Problems

Me and my boyfriend have been dating for a year. About two months in, we began to have these horrible fights, maybe about once a month. He always says that he will change and that he won't do it again but we are now at the point of arguing/fighting every week. He yells, cusses at me, and just basically tells me that I don't care about our relationship. I think I'm beginning to lose feelings for him because of our arguing, but I don't even know what to do at this point. He says he wants to marry me, yet he asks me if we should break up every time we argue. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!
