Anyone with a sub chorionic hemorrhage please read!!!

Ok so 3 weeks ago I was diagnosed with a sub chorionic hemorrhage but I haven't had any bright red blood since the Monday after I was diagnosed (I was diagnosed the day before) well I've passed a lot of brown old blood but nothing new since then,but I have a cold now and I cough constantly. Do y'all think that's gonna cause issues again? So far it hasn't but it has me really really worried. I go back to my doctor not this week but next...I'm just scared because it's been really scary to deal with.
