Mom wants to be in my labor room.

How do I tell my mom no. Well I've actually told her no before and that I don't want anyone but my husband in the room but she acts all upset and hurt. This isn't for her it's my husband and my baby. She wasn't even in my life and now she wants to act like she had so much to do with raising me. What do I do? She tells me she'll be the mean one to tell no one to come in for the golden hour but I just don't want her around in general. I can say things for myself to other people this isn't her kid or for her to have an experience.
