Safe Cleaning Products?

First timer over here, and I have no idea what cleaning products are safer than others. We do a deep clean on the house every Sunday and was wondering if any if you lovely ladies can recommend SAFE AND EFFECTIVE cleaning Products? Thank you in advance!
