Would this be considered rape ?
I was under the influence at a party with my friends . And next thing you know a guy is performing oral sex on me and fingering me I kept telling him I was a virgin he kept trying to put it in . I cannot remember what he looks like , his name , and everything is a blur . Now I'm having STD symptoms what should I do . He's was aware I was drunk .
