ovulation?

I have a question,  might seem silly but here goes! I know its close to being time for me to ovulate but I have been on the pill for the last 9 years...i cannot remember if it hurts or how it feels! past few days I've been mildly crampy off and on, with intermittent pangs on either side. I know that can indicate ovulation but does anyone else cramp?

I do every month while taking my pills but turns out no pregnancy .so disappointing but what else can do.

I always cramp when ovulating. Even a few days after ovulation. I was on the pill for 13 years and was weird the first time it happened once I went off of it. I've been off since April, and it's happened every month.
