Pump for 15-20 mins?

My lactation Consultant told me to pump for minimum of 15 minutes and 20 mins max, what if there's no more coming out after 10 mins?

If you are producing enough, go ahead and stop after things stop flowing. If you would like to increase your supply, continue for the few extra minutes after the milk stops coming out

switch your setting to express pump. it makes the process much quicker!:)

I pump for about 6 minutes before the milk starts to stop. I try to let it keep going another minute or so, but I have to watch it because I usually overfill my 6 oz Twist Bags if I pump for more than 10 minutes.

Or drink water it will help some more milk come

If there is no milk coming out still pump. It's stimulating the nipple and telling your body to produce that extra 10 min of milk

Give it about five minutes and if nothing comes out then maybe try again later or drink more water. If your supply isn't getting any higher than that then id probably just supplement with formula
