Miserable, help 😩

Posted this somewhere else but im desperate.

So a little tmi, me and my boyfriend were in the middle of having sex. He's teasing me, about to put it in, and I started to get heart burn really bad. Like really bad. The kind where even if you sit up it doesn't relieve it.

So I sit up feeling miserable and he asks me whats wrong and I tell him really bad heart burn. So he rubs my back and then I told him to get the trash really quick and he runs and grabs it. I throw up and its all gross and everything. Then somehow the trash gets knocked over and my throw up is on the floor. So long story short, he had to witness me throwing up, had to clean up my vomit and then helped me clean up. I joked and said what a boner killer this was and he dead serious told me it wasn't and we still ended up having sex 🙈

My question is, is there anything besides tums I can do to help with this? My heart burn is so bad. It was horrible with my first and and even worse with my second. I took two tums that night and since my doctor said no more than six when I started feeling horrible again that night I went to take two more and threw it up before I could relieve it. Sitting up doesn't help, saying away from certain foods, etc, still hurts. So what is a girl supposed to do?
