Ttc & tt lose weight?

Ttc and lose weight does anyone know if i can drink meal replacements ? And add in energy shots and fat burner shots into the drink? And possibly keep it up if i do get pregnant?

Meal replacements, like protein powders and stuff? I hear they're okay as long as they don't have a lot of vitamin A. Grain fed powders are best for that. I'm not sure about energy and fat burning shots. I've never heard of them. For energy, you do have to watch your caffeine intake, and I honestly wouldn't risk any 'diet' pills. But the only person who can say for sure is your doctor. Maybe try more natural products instead? Like green tea? Cayenne pepper? The best way to lose weight is through diet and exercise. If you're ttc, maybe look into the fertility diet? It's based on eating natural, whole foods and cutting out anything processed. Lots of veggies, fruits, healthy fats, proteins, ect. Instead of focusing on weight loss, I would try worrying about nourishing your body and prepping it for baby. The weight loss will just come naturally.
