My LO is just over 2 weeks old and has little red bumps/spots on his face - cheeks, corner and center of forehead, nose. It started out as a few and now there are so many! I was using lanolin nipple cream and tapered that down thinking it's residual grease from that maybe?

It looks like little acne bumps but could it be something else ?

It's nowhere else on his body. Or my boobs just dirty and giving him greasy pimples? I'm showering everyday and not putting lotion on them either.

I'm worried cuz today he has so many more than yesterday 😣
