How do I get rid of these bumps?

Hey ladies! I'd really love to know how to get rid of these, I've had this piercing for probably 2 years now. They're really annoying and to me extremely unattractive.... I will admit I do have a tendency to touch this piercing a lot for some reason. But would love to know what I can put on it to make these go away and what have y'all done to make yourselves consciously stop touching a piercing?

industrials get these very very very often. they are either scar tissue or pressure/irritation bumps. they will not go away, sorry. don't try the toothpaste, salt, alcohol or tea trew oil all that will do is irritate you more.

I have an industrial piercing and mine kept getting bumps like that because I kept accidently hitting on things or it would get irritated while I slept. so I changed the one bar to two rings ( it isn't really recommended but I say if it's mostly healed it's probably fine) and getting like one of those airport neck pillows to sleep with. I just put my ear in the middle hole part so I'm not leaning on it all night. originally I had mine for like over a year and a half and it still wasn't fully healed and I did what I said above and in a month or so it was all gone and healed!

Crush up some aspirin and add a couple of drops of water to make a paste. Apply it to the bumps every night then wash it off in the morning. They should go or at least get shrink within 2-3 weeks.

If they're fully healed teatree oil or jojoba oil helps with scaring like that.

I've used crushed up aspirin mixed with water to make a paste and put it directly on the bump let it stay as long as you want (or as long as it stays) healed mine up in about 3 days

Don't put toothpaste. 
Use vitamin E oil 3 times a day, or Tea tree oil 3 times a day. To clean your piercing I'd use sea salt and warm water mixed and maybe even a bit of alcohol. Vitamin E oil works best for me, tea tree oil didn't really do it.

This may sound ridiculous but trust me. Toothpaste, the white paste will work. Put it on overnight and it will get smaller or disappear within a week or two.
