Staying Awake
I have insomnia and I have to get up early on Wednesday morning to be at an event for work. My sleep schedule has been so wompy lately and all my attempts to get it normal so far have failed and I've exercised all options. All that's left that I know to do is to pull an all nighter tonight and try to stay awake all day tomorrow. I've packed in a lot of sleep today (I've basically slept on and off between 7am-4:45pm) but I need some things to do to keep me awake and busy so I'm not sleepy. So far I've got to clean my apartment and unpack my suitcase from a recent trip and I have a bunch of those mandala coloring books to keep my mind busy. What else can I do to keep myself busy and also, how can I avoid the "afternoon slump"? I do have to do some light grocery shopping but I'm debating on doing it or not because I don't want to walk around and make myself tired. Please and thank you!
