Anyone have any recommendations for dealing with back pain from their SI joint? I thought it was sciatica at first, went to see a chiropractor who said it was from a locked up si joint. Im being super careful moving to make sure i dont twist. The shooting twinges in my low back are no joke😩 ice packs do help, but i find it hard to to get comfortable at night even with pillows. Im 34+2 weeks and want to keep working my normal schedule for as long as possible!
