Cord between baby legs maybe.?

Can someone tell me what I'm suppose to be looking at . Where the black lines are or red ?? I had several people tell me the black just seems to super high and protruding out belly plus way to big compared to baby size . (Tech did say cord was between baby legs why she couldn't take a guess of gender) This was taken at 13 weeks 4 days.
