** Breastfeeding help **

BF-ing mamas out there, what causes breast pain and how do you get rid of it? My little guy is just two weeks old and my breasts literally are KILLING. They feel deeply bruised, like in the center, especially on my right side, and my nipples are crazy sensitive, to the point where even touch is painful. I know I'm not engorged because my chest is not really hard or anything, plus I'm still working on building my milk supply, so I know it's not that. My little guy just has the suction force of a vacuum, and I don't know what to do! I've tried warm compresses, Tylenol, and massaging, but it's been several days now and I'm kind of becoming desperate .... advice??
