Any of you ladies know anything about maternity leave? I work in the pharmacy at rite aid right now and before I got hired I had talked to the pharmacist about being pregnant and having to take a leave. She was fine with it and hired me. I have only been there for 3 months now and the HDR admin has denied my leave and said I can only take 4 weeks off in order to keep my job. Which wasn't mentioned during the interview and after. Can they do this? I also got hired for full time after the baby.
