Feet and ankles hurt & swollen 😩😭 help !?

So yesterday at work my feet started to hurt really bad than when it started hurting way too much I saw my ankles and they were so swollen ☹️ came home after my nine hour shift so went to sleep early and thought it'll get her better today for my shift and nothing 😩 in so much pain. Can anyone help please?!

I can relate! I had so much water retention in my feet and ankles! My dr gave me a Rx for medical grade compression socks so that my insurance would cover it. Medical grade is the best. I tried the ones you can buy in the sock section at Target, Walmart etc and they just didn't do anything for me. 
Also, the swelling was less painful and even went down a little when I used a citrus blend essential oil. It helps with inflammation and okay to use for pregnancy. My MIL is into Young Living oils and bought me a starter set while I was pregnant. 
After I had my son, the swelling remained for about 1-2 weeks. Then it finally subsided for good.
