OPKs WITH PCOS
Hello ladies! For those of you with PCOS or very irregular periods, how do I track ovulation? My periods are so stinking irregular that no apps so far have been able to accurately predict my AF days. I'm 30 years old and was diagnosed with PCOS about 2 1/2 years ago. Hubby and I have been TTC for about 2 years now.
