Just wanted to brag

So my guy and I have been together for almost a year.

We met on tinder. He's in the army and is stationed in my state ATM

He typically wasn't a guy I'd swipe on tbh, and i only did because I figured I should give other guys a chance since all my previous tinder dates failed miserably.

We had been chatting but I wasn't really interested in him as I was messaging other guys I thought I'd get along with better but then we connected over a funny situation. We are both from the same places. He lived in Texas while I lived in North Carolina and then around the same time we both switched to the other state 😂

So fast forward to our first meeting, it was a cold, winter evening and I had huge butterflies and when he showed up I saw him in slow motion. I walked down my driveway and we walked in the snow to a coffee shop.

We got along so well we didn't want the date to end after spending hours at the cafe so we went to a movie and when he went to drop me off I asked him to come on for some movies and conversation.

By this point it was probably midnight and he was the perfect gentlemen. We ended up falling asleep on my couch and I woke up to us cuddling. It was definitely the perfect date.

We hung out every single day that week and he stayed over every night, talking and us passing out. A few days into tho and he asked to kiss me, I said no but he wasn't upset. Fast forward again we were watching a movie in the den and the light must've hit him just right or something but I leaned over and asked him to ask me again, he did and I nodded. The perfect first kiss.

So many amazing memories with him.❤️ I love him so much. On our third official date we were supposed to go winter, night hiking but I get scared of the dark so instead we turned slow music on and danced under the stars in the snow in oversized winter clothes.

Sorry for the long post but he's currently deployed and I miss him so much ❤️😪
