30 weeks and fed up

I'm 30weeks tomorrow with baby number 2. My first child pregnancy was a breeze, a drag but a breeze. this pregnancy its a girl and I've been so I'll from day 1, constant migraines, constant vomiting, breathlessness since week 6, no appetite. now I have heartburn constantly and headaches. my pelvis is so painful i dont know if its SPD or babys head causing pressure. I'm dreading going 10 more weeks and then possibly going overdue! I can't function normally and have a 3 year old to care for 😭
