Alright so this is for my sister. She is unable to conceive she is going threw different procedures to try and be able to conceive

She is on birth control but she hasn't taken it for a month because she ran out and had to wait before she could get refilled well she sent me this picture and wanted to know if it was because of not taking her birth control for a month or if it was a miscarriage she came to me about it because I had a miscarriage last year and wanted to know the symptoms well here's her symptoms now: •unbelievable cramps so bad the pain went down to her legs, very nauseated where she almost threw up and left work early, she felt like she had to poop but nothing happened but from being at work and going home her underwater was messy so she took a shower and these fell out. She's not sure if it's from a miscarriage she's had symptoms of pregnancy like her boobs swelled up, she's been nauseated, smelling different things all at once and having alot of cramps in the abdomen

What does everyone else think I told her I'd post it for her to see what everyone else thinks *FYI she has a doctors appointment on the 10th of next month*
