Any Suggestions??

Question

I am 8 weeks 1 day and I have HORRIBLE morning sickness. All of the vomiting has my throat hurting badly. Any suggestions on how to help my throat or the sickness? Thanks in advance!

My doctor told me to never let your stomach be empty ( that's when I get really bad nausea - when I have no food in my tummy ) & don't let yourself get super full either ( same for me ) also if everything is making you nauseous ( currently me I have all food aversions rn and the sound of food makes me sick currently ) to drink water and stay hydrated because being dehydrated makes it soooo much worse. Also lemon is suppose to help too. So maybe put some lemon on food or lemon water. You can get sprite but let it go flat first before you drink it because the bubbles will make it hurt more &/or ginger is good too.
I also read that you could freeze Gatorade cubes and suck  on them

Okay so I'm 27 weeks and still get morning sickness regularly. A few friends recommended preggie pops and they have been a life saver. They soothe my throats and if I take it as soon as I start feeling sick they help almost immediately. 10/10 would recommend to anyone with morning sickness
