Progesterone suppositories

For those of you on progesterone suppositories starting 3-5 days after ovulation- how do you tell the difference between symptoms caused by the suppositories or pregnancy symptoms? And how do you track CM? Can't tell if it's my own cm or the suppository. I'm currently 8/9 DPO. Thanks💕
