Whenever you want 🤷🏻‍♀️ im having mine at ~23 weeks just because im due valentines day and dont want things to interfere with the holidays. Also i have the opportunity to have a halloween themed baby shower 😂

Whenever you want! Just don't over do it! I had mine at 29+6 weeks and went into preterm labor the day after at 30 weeks because I did so much! (Baby didn't arrive till 39+1 weeks)

I liked having mine at 30 weeks because it gave me time to get everything organized after the shower. My son was born at 38+6

I would say it depends on your individual situation. If you are high risk or having multiples you may want to have it sooner rather than later. If you wait too long you may end up bringing your baby to the shower. Really it's up to you.
