Tell me if i am wrong

So me and my SO have been together for a year now. He is really trying to figure out his life right now and studying hard...now i get it..but i am working and sometimes it gets too stressful...i need him to be there for me...he would be all cheesy and lovey dovey but when i tell him i had a rough day, he wouldnt even call and ask me about my day...tell me if i am wrong to rethink our relationship cause he doesnt seem to be there 100%😕
