appointment

I have a appointment next week for the dischager and cramps ! I have a question ladies do u think dischager and cramps could be a sign of pregnancy 🤰 I really don't wanna get my hopes up! I been feeeling sick with headaches and sleepy tired ! With cramps just had my period like 2 weeks ago ! I don't know if that could be sign of early pregnancy! I test like Monday both were negative I called my doctor Monday morning told her about what was going on she said is there a chances I could be pregnant I said I don't know I don't got babies I don't know how pregnancy is ! I told her about the test she said it probably too early test she made a appointment for next week ! Has anyone had this before also have back pains and cramps
