Feel like I'm pregnant but have bad cramping and light bleeding...

I have a little girl already. She has just turned 2. I sooo badly want another little one and really thought this month that this was the month. I just have a feeling, along with the way my body has been acting. However, I've just started cramping badly, after a week of tugging and occasionally cramps, have have bleeding but it's much lighter than my normal period would be. I had a red bleed at 9 weeks with my little girl for a day so am hoping this is similar and that the cramping is just implantation.

How soon would you test? I know I can now but I don't want to test too early and get an inaccurate result...
